Toronto Biennial of Art

The Toronto Biennial of Art is a new international contemporary visual arts event as culturally connected and diverse as the city itself. From September 21 to December 1, Toronto and surrounding areas will be transformed by exhibitions, talks, and performances that reflect our local context while engaging with the most pressing issues of our time. In an effort to make contemporary art available to everyone, the Biennial’s free, citywide programs aim to inspire individuals, bridge communities, and contribute to global conversations from a variety of perspectives.

Competition Time! Marco Bertuzzo: Signs of an Endless Future

This work encourages each viewer to hunt for details, and to generate their own meaning. To help start a conversation about the differences in meaning that an audience can find within a work share a detail of your favourite piece, and what you think it means, with the hashtag #endlessfuture. You will be entered into a raffle for a gift from the artist.

AGO Massive XV ft. David Krovblit!

This was AGO Massive’s 15th year, where they were inspired by the anniversary’s token gift, Crystal. This year they collaborated with Toronto’s own Director X, and it was an amazing night! We went with Coldstream Fine Art’s artist Reka Nyari and were very proud to see David Krovblit’s installation at the museum.

Happy New Year Everyone! All of us here at Coldstream Fine Art wish you a healthy and prosperous 2019. We are very much looking forward to another year of showing you our inspirational artists and their new exhibitions. Stay tuned for the exciting updates!
